Return & Refund Policy – Object Shoes

At Object Shoes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product should be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items purchased during sale/discount offers (unless damaged or defective).

  • Customized or special-order products.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you with the return pickup or shipping process.

4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, Object Shoes will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
