Return & Refund Policy – Object Shoes
At Object Shoes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The product should be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Items purchased during sale/discount offers (unless damaged or defective).
Customized or special-order products.
3. Return Process
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order ID and reason for return.
Once approved, we will guide you with the return pickup or shipping process.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, Object Shoes will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
